Pumping iron
W.C. Blackmon cultivated the habit of giving his all through powerlifting competitions. Here he gets ready for a workout at Planet Fitness in Tallahassee, FL.
"When competing, how far you go is determined by how much  you give," says W.C. "Thus, in becoming a winner or simply being your very best, you learn the importance of making a habit of giving all that you have, during practice as well as during actual performance.”
W.C. enjoys the feeling of a training session well done!
